Karen began her career in education after earning her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University. After years of teaching, she felt called to a different kind of service — helping families navigate important life decisions in the financial world. Now a licensed Life and Health Insurance producer, Karen co-founded Blake Insurance and Financial Group alongside her husband, Tom.
Today, Karen specializes in guiding individuals aged 65 and older through the often confusing world of Medicare. She takes the time to explain options clearly and works closely with each client to find a plan that fits their needs — always with patience and care.
Over the years, Karen has built lasting relationships with clients who appreciate her honest advice and personal approach. She’s proud to be a trusted resource for families as they make decisions about their health and future.
Karen and Tom have been married for over 34 years and enjoy spending time with their growing family, which includes three sons, a daughter, and two daughters-in-law. When she’s not helping clients, Karen loves reading, traveling, boating on Lake Murray, and being an active member of Mount Horeb Church in Lexington.
